Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures Program

The Contractor shall prepare a project specific prevention, control an countermeasures program. The Contractor shall maintain a copy of the plan at the work site, including any necessary updates as the work progresses. If hazardous materials are encountered during construction, the Contractor shall do everything possible to control and contain the material until appropriate measures can be taken. The Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Programs should include:
