Legislation

UCAW has a strong presence in helping our members fight their cases in court as well as helping push legislation that will help facilitate better work conditions for our members. In addition, many of our member companies have fought battles in court that have set a presedence in our industry - both legislatively and by example. Here is a list of documents, cases, and more for your reference. We hope these examples and case studies will become invaluable to you and your business practices.
