Any time you work alongside a street, highway or wherever vehicular traffic takes place, you must identify the areas where you will need road signs, flaggers, and/or barricades. Anyone flagging traffic must have a valid flagging card in his or her possession.
Flagging, Signing, Barricading regulations are found in WAC 296-155.300-315 Part E
