First Aid Training, Kits and Posters
Every job site must have present at all times a person with a valid First Aid and CPR card. Identify where first aid kits are located, who is responsible for reporting, who should call 911 if needed, and where non-serious accident victims should be taken.
Record Keeping
Identify who will complete the accident report form, where the records of accidents and injuries will be kept, and who will maintain the OSHA 300 form.
