This is not required by regulation but is a good idea. With good claims management and accident investigation, accidents and injuries can be reduced. Reducing these can decrease your L & I premiums greatly.
A Loss Control Program might identify any of the following areas: Claims Management – Responsibility & Procedures – Accident Investigation – Doctor’s Release Form – Employee’s Report of Accident – Foreman’s Report of Accident – Return to Work Letters
