It is a prudent to include a policy on sexual harassment and to provide training to prevent sexual harassment at work. State law protects employees from acts of discrimination and sexual harassment in the work place. Refraining from discriminatory and sexual harassment behavior should be practiced at all times. History has shown that sexual harassment has been costly to employees, employee relationships and employers.
