Weekly Safety Meetings
A weekly foreman/crew safety meeting is required. All employees on site are required to attend and the topic
should be pertinent to the work being done that week. A record of these meetings must be kept. Indicate who
attended and what was discussed. A sign in sheet helps maintain accurate records on attendance.
New Employee Orientation & Training
All new employees must have an orientation of the company safety policy and be informed of the safety rules and requirements.
All employees, both new and existing, must be trained on any task they have not performed before. A record of this training
must be kept on file.
